History starts now

Written, the marvelous works of posterity
so great that i feel a sense of inferiority

history writes on it's own pallet now
from great wars to a humble bow

we're making history now, what we do and say
we'll be written into time, we'll have our great day

we will be judged on the events of our time
it will be repeated in the same historic rhyme

history judges us, how we act and feel
there is nothing that can be more real

lift up the right, save our time from evil doers
who live and lurk not just in hell's fiery sewers

help to believe, help me to know we did our job
