I need to talk to you
but fate kept us apart
we kept on missing each other
but the words were ripping my heart

i needed to tell you something
and you waited a while
then when i came you went
i did have to smile

you kept trying to find me
but each time we went our way
why didn't we just wait around
why didn't we just stay

i dont know when i will see you
but hopefully very soon
and i will grab your hands
and drag you into a room
