Could you turn down your music D.J?
I'd like to ask you some things
Cut the music from your booth
Tell that girl we can't stand to hear her sing

I really just want to know
How you feel inside
When you see those guys in the corner
Attempting to get high

What are you thinking?
When you see two guys fight?
In a senseless drunken rage
After drinking all night

It must be upsetting to see
Those girls who don't have a clue
The guys are all harassing them
And theres nothing they can do

Does it make you want to blast your music?
And watch them be foolish some more?
Does it make you want to get drunk too?
And sleep with useless w h o re s?

Sometimes I wonder D.J
You have your headphones on your ears
But do you pay attention to whats going on
Do you care of the foul things you hear?

I wonder how you feel
Stopping the music you play
As a crowd gathers around a woman
Who got a little carried away

Does your job make you happy?
