Slipping into the darkness,
The blackness envelops me,
I can't break free
Where am I?
Falling into the darkness
Not knowing where I will land
I can't feel anything
I can't catch my breath
And I'm scared to death
Sinking into this black abyss
Tears begin to fall
Into the darkness I won't miss

Wondering when I should let go
How do I know
If this is real?
The darkness is suffocating me
And I can't breathe

Darkness surrounds me,
A blanket of black
