Fallen Angel

~ Before I write it, this was made for a bet between me and my friend Carrie (Innerwolf) to see who had a better poem on the subject of a depressed fallen angel...I won!

But I swear, her one was a hell of a lot better. If she submits it, read it ~

God, I thought you loved me
I swear, I will be a good soul
Please listen to my plee
Don't send me to Hell's hole!

You can't expect me to be perfect
I'm only a typical angel after all
I need you to there to protect
That's what you are there for, if i recall

So your banishing me? Is that it ?
After one tiny slip i made
OK, i was wrong i admit
But don't take me there! I'm afraid!

Raging fires and blood red skies
Isn't my idea of fun
You don't want to hear other angel cries
So don't take me under the sun

And if you ignore my call for forgiveness
And take me to the dark side
Please, for me you should bless
As to Hell, forward I forcefully stride
