Time Passes By

by Brittany C   Jul 5, 2007

On the wings of a bird,
time passes by too fast.

A journey began today,
may never seem to end.

People get lost in their jobs.
Never truly experiencing life.

Watching their youth pass by
in a seconds time; it seems.

Happiness seems out of reach
for far to many people.

They just sit their watching
and doing absolutely nothing.

So than time just passes by.

"time passes by [to] fast." - too.

Though Time seemingly passes by too fast, methinks that it provides sufficient allowance for us. It all depends upon how we use our time economically, or uneconomically. A nice read, nonetheless. Thanks for sharing.

I love that, it was really good. and so very true, people work work and work, and then in a split second their life is over.
    Very good poem !
