Labels

by Gasttlee   Jul 5, 2007

Labels are marks
with deadly poison.

Infectious ink
douses disease everywhere.

Impressions are hard-pressed
pushing pressure on surfaces.

Similarities are stamped
in areas unnecessary.

Differences are dotted
in spots they shouldn't be.

Myths are commonly
named by mockery.

Points point
pointless prints.

Imprints
only stain some distance.

Don't be a marker
or a label,
for in the end
it's only fatal.

The poem was constructed beautifully and was brilliantly formulated but there seems to be something off about it i am not sure what it is and It's probably nothing but when i was reading it i felt like if there was some small tweak it would be epic

Strong poem. I totally agree. It wrong to label! People should get that idea!
    Nice flow. Simple, but beautiful

So true! Everything you had to say was so powerful and I loved the length, it worked perfectly with the poem. Well done *5/5*
