Unwavering Line

by skynerraw   Jul 6, 2007

I walk this line of pain and death
This lined path from blood and meth
This broken walkway into hell
Far off in the distance children yell

Walking straight, not a wavering line
My bloody feet may be a important sign
That I'm in need to stop, and rest
But this place here is one that I detest

I walk without hope, I walk without fear
My bloody footprints in the shape of a tear
My enemies follow, stalking silent
But when they catch me they're all just violent

I walk this line in gray twilight
The only thing left of the morning sunlight
They follow silent, kill loud
My thoughts are trapped in a violent cloud

A violent storm trapped in my head
Ready for me to soon join the dead
This violent torture, dead inside
I'm stuck in the clearing no where to hide

I scream as the blade comes down on my head
Soon now, it's time to join the dead
It may be a very important sign
As I walked this um-wavering line
