Hang my Wrists out to dry

by LiveLoveTy   Jul 6, 2007

Hang my wrists here out to dry
Let the blood from my veins evaporate into the sky
As my body flows with the wind
This will soon, all come to an end

Slowly my body drains of life
And day as I know it
Will soon become a permanent night

With that final blade
For one last mark
Put it to my throat
And then to my heart

Watch as my bloodless body quivers in the breeze
Standing in the pool of blood
You begin to miss me

With a single slice upon your wrists
You begin to feel no such bliss

Struggling to keep steady
You hang yourself out to dry
And say your ready
Pinning your body here to die
