I thought this was very heartbreaking to read and yet written so beautifully at the same time...I loved the ending stanza, I thought it was very intense and hardhitting.
The only thing I can suggest with this is to try and eliminate some of the fillers (I, and, you etc) at the start of your lines, it will make the flow perfect.
