Where Are You

by Andrew Morton   Jul 6, 2007

The words seem to roll of your tongue
as if you know just what to tell me
the vision that you look foward to
gives me some light so i can see

the dark road aheads seem to brighten
the weight of the world seems to lighten
though i may be trapped in the moment
you seem to set me free

is it a weakness to feel i need you
is it a weakness to know you feel me
is it a weakness to know you're there
is it a weakness to know that you see

falling so far into the dark
what do i make of you
shedding light on everything
that everyone ran from

i smack the devils hand from my shoulder
the weakness that surrounds grows older
as it sucks the youth my life once brought
it makes sense of the battle ive fought

i close my eyes, seeing all thats inside
empty, hallow, yet too much to swallow
so ill let it sit in the pit of my stomach
and let my heart ache

beating and beating
slowly defeating
leading, feeding
my hunger for love

where the f-ck could you be
cant you see that i need you
i feel you inside of me
and i know that you feel it to

where are you
im begging you to come to be
where are you
im begging you to find me
where are you
