Favorite place

A clearing on a battlefield
where silence is all that's heard
where people stop everything at once
and forget about the world

The light within the darkness
that shines and is so bright
It fills the darkness with illumination
and gives the gift of sight

This place helps people see the world
In a way they've never known
No discrimination is there
and religion doesn't show

Peace is all that can be found
Wars come to a halt
The world realizes it's all so crazy
and that it's nobody's fault

Everyone will forgive and forget
neighbor's cultures would mix
though we're all so diverse and different
our problems we can fix

we'll mend our hearts, and fix mistakes
forget about the past
we'd create a bond that's here and now
a bond that will always last

If only we could find this place
a world that's so unseen
somewhere taht doesn't exist yet
with a slate that's wiped clean

It's what we all are longing for
it's everbody's dream
I swear that we will find it some day
as silly as it seems

So work together to find our place
and always have your faith
Because once we discover our secret world
