I Love Cheesyness

I was looking for something
That would tell you I love you
I looked high and low
Threw stores and catalogues
But nothing seemed to work

I felt like I failed you
I could never say the words
No gift of mine was good enough
Not even for my cat

But then I sat and thought some more
About a poem I have once read
But I couldn't remember what it said

So here is a poem for you my dear
And I only have one thing to say

And that is I'm in love with you!
