The Slaying of My Memories

by Barbi Taylor   Jul 7, 2007

Some one dropped the ball
Of love and embrace
Above it a woman
Held up a vase
That displayed,not one,
But three sides of a face
Out of this cranium
There burst life
But out the window
You only see strife
This was all stricken
To a caldera of pain
Through all this chaos
If you can still see...
There is a door
Locked with a key
If you can reach it
You'll have a chance
To survive;
Out side you'll gain success
but unfortunatly,
You're locked inside
Now that all your
Hope has died
Let me tell you of the blade
It goes around and cuts up
The words you used
To say to me
The slaying of my memories.
