Lost Control

I went to hell and spat in the Devil's face
I have seen the darkest of days
The shadows start to form around me
Following me is what they are meant to be?

Please believe me I have tried
But today, from inside I've burned up and died
I was foolish to think that everything has ended
In flashpoint my emotions have blended

I can hear Evil's laughter and speech

I try to hide in an open field
You can see me, but my emotions are still concealed
I try to follow the crowd, I try to blend in
But everytime, I take the wrong turn and follow sorrow and sin

Seriousness is turning into a farce
In my space I am surrounded by bars
I am convicted to a life-time sentence
The situation cannot get anymore tense

I don't slit my wrists, I don't choke myself
What I am getting through now is bad enough
Everything God sees me do he keeps to himself
With dedication and precision he has planned my stuff

Laying motionless in a room without windows
I watch as the darkness grows
Here the shadows come again
It's time for me to do the best I can

I stare around in the distance
In the distance people stare back at me
To me it is not worth the resistance
To them it's their only reason to be

The difference between right and wrong I cannot distinguish anymore
In experience I am rich, in willingness I am poor
Tell me what is there left to do? What is there left to see?

In suffering my body twists and twitches
What is my disorder, what are my glitches?
