Why cant I say it again?

Why does it have to be so final?
Saying goodbye?

It's not so hard when you know you'll get the chance to say it again, sometime.

Everyday at School I said goodbye,
You said it too.
Every weekend at work I said goodbye,
You said it too.
Everytime you left my house I said goodbye,
You said it to.

Why didn't it hurt then?
Why only now?
When your going away,
to a place I can't.

WHY DOES IT HAVE HURT!
