My Get Away

by Dying Beautifully   Jul 8, 2007

I needed to get away,
For more than a day.
But still it doesn't matter,
My head does nothing but blabber.
I can't get you outta my head,
Not even when I go to bed.
I can't believe we're through,
And it's making me blue.
Tothink you liked someone else,
Do they come on shelves?
I tell you your better than who I think,
My face and eyes turn pink.
You ask me not to go,
As if you want me to know.
But your not ready yet to say,
So I had to go away.
I will wait until you are ready,
I won't hound you or be petty.
Because no means no,
And now I have to go.
