The day i met you
it was a warm spring day.
So full of wonder.
You could even hear the trees breathe it in.
The light breeze smelled of wild flowers and honeysuckle.
I see your smile first,
as warm and careless as the day itself.
you sit there in the lush green meadow,
conversing with the flowers,
as the butterflies glitter around you, against the soft current.
Then i see your eyes,
gazing up at me, welcoming me.
CLOSER! they say, asking me to trust them, they embrace me while we dance with the sunlit fairies.
I knew in that very moment that your chocolate kisses would forever be mine.
