Did I Kill Your Ego?

You're accusing me of never caring; never loving you one bit; never given you anything,
did you stop to think of me when you were kissing her neck; oh really why's there lipstick on your neck,
you were my everything and I gave you everything I had to offer; now I'm taking it all back from you,
I was the one who was tore down and knocked to the ground; I'm picking myself up to leave.
I may not be the tough person you pretend to be, but I can let things go,
you're one of the things that I'll be letting go; toy with someone else's heart,
so accuse me of what you want, but I've got news for you and your lover,
you "were" something special to me once, the keyword being were.
Your mouth is on the floor after hearing me say that; might want to pick it up,
I'm sure your lover doesn't like dirty things; though she must since she chose you,
honey, what's wrong? Did your ego just fall to pieces all over again; good,
I'm sure your ego will drop again; as soon as I walk out that door and throw your ring on the floor.
Be careful, sweetie; don't give him too much of an ego boost he might take advantage,
what makes you think he won't cheat on you too; you're no different than any other girl,
I hope he breaks you just like he broke me; so then you'll know you're no different,
oh darling, I'm so sorry; I'm giving away all your secrets again.
I'm sure she'd love to hear she's number hundred on your list of girls,
that will make her confidence; trust me she'll love you so much more with a slap across the face,
your ego is all you'll be left with; with the way you're going through girls,
I hope you think of me as you're left with nothing; because I truly gave you everything.
