The Demon

by Cassandra   Jul 8, 2007

My hatred grows.
And no one knows.
What I can do.
To someone like you.

I seem so kind.
But keep in mind.
That looks are deceiving.
And not awalys worth believing.

I can keep the demon at bay.
But this way it will not awalys stay.
For one day I will no longer care.
And my life it will no longer bear.

The demon will come through.
And theres noting you can do.
The demon will kill all.
One by one their bodies will fall.

But that day is not here.
But soon you shall all fear.
For the demon WILL break free.
And laugh as it goes on its killing spree.

Those I love will be set aside.
But there are rules they too must abide.
For they are only safe for now.
They must not pray or bow.

Only abide by the rules.
If they do not they are fools.
For all they must do.
Is love me......unlike you.

But that will be hard.
For the image of me will be scarred.
I will no longer be me.
A demon is all they will see.

Because the murderous beast...is not the beast I thought it would be...its me.
