Parallax Time Stretch.

Parallax Time Stretch.

You may find it hard to believe what I have left to say,
but I've waited long enough and I'm telling you today.
I've felt this kind of pain tingling within my heart,
I've searched for what is lost and tearing me apart.
What I have concluded, isn't all that great..
But, I believe that you are my destiny and fate.

From the window that I sit at, I look up above
to see the star painted sky flying with the doves.
I can feel your body next to mine, I can smell your scent on me.
Oh, the wondrous feeling leaving me oh so happy.
I've never felt such joy, coming from one man.
I've never felt so helpless living here on land.

And, this parallax time stretch from you to me,
is taking way too long to prove loves beauty.
I can see the star from where I sit tonight,
You can see the moon shining all it's light.
We're lost within a world hidden from the rest,
Destiny and fate has handed us their best.

Um first, i'm commenting both of your poems with this title, I saw the other one first and this one lol. so i didn't know which one to comment. Anyway, this one was also nicely written. The rhymes weren't the most orginal, rather simple I think. Nonetheless, you painted a great picture with words you used for the reader, even if they weren't spectacular. Still 5/5

I really enjoyed this poem a lot, it was so smooth and the words were just fantastic. The imagery in the poem was also amazing because I could see everything so clearly. Definately a 5/5 GG23
