Your_table

Who do you sit with
at your table?
the people you trust and love
are at your table.
the ones that believed in you
or are you there alone?

is it by their shells?
the color of their hair and skin,
are they all pretty
or but ugly?
are the guys strong and stiff?
is there young women with extra fat stuff?

is it by what they own?
enough money to by everything.
does she have pink and red lipstick?
does your boy friend wear make-up too?
or is it the popularity
and known to be blondy?

do you dig, real deep?
are they all sweet teen
or lazy me?
do you prefer to be respected
or told what to be expected?
you don't dig that deep, do you?

look at the people
at your table.
what do you see?
are you in slaved
or independent?
do you judge by culture
or by right and wrong?
who you eat with
is who you are.
