Master of the mind.

by Teria   Jul 10, 2007

Songs on fast forward,
no words to be heard.
Jumbled little letters,
silenced for the better.
Seemingless lies come out,
foreign dreams all about,
indifference in humanity
and peace in humility.

Two wrongs don't make a right,
but sexuality is our only fight.

And, Master of the mind..
I've strayed too far behind.
And, it's quite hard to find out,
exactly what this life's about.
I've lost my ways past retreat,
I've lost my mind, I accept defeat.
I've lost the fight, I've lost the fight.
Master of the mind, Oh I've lost the fight.

And, sunburned butterflies swiftly cross,
the meadow where I lay at loss.

    Damn, girl. That's beautiful.
I loved the metaphors and the thought you put into that. I usually pick my favorite line, but if I did here, I'd have to copy and paste the entire poem, because not one line is alone; they all work together. (Which is amazing that you kept flow like that. Niice.).
Seriously, this is amazing. No doubt full ratings.
