No ones perfect!!

You kept saying
your perfect to me
but nobody's perfect
cant you see

i know no ones perfect
everyone has faults
i had to find mine
to stop this assault

to start with i tried to show you
that i was perfect
that you were right
but it soon became to much and i became and addict

not the kind of addict
that took a drug of any kind
instead i destroyed the out side of my body
my soul and my mind

i cut my skin
like it was a hunk of meat
id say horrible things about myself
and then to top it all of i just wouldn't eat

i showed him the scars and the poems id written
hoping he see me for what i really was
but he didn't, he ignored it
he was blind to all my flaws

so i went home and i cut
then i bled like never before
i had to make him see that no ones perfect
not even me, thats for sure

but as it turned out it didn't matter anymore
because he had stopped caring
he stopped talking to me, he wouldn't even look my way
so i thought it was best to stop sharing

lastly i just want him to know
that its his fault im this way
also i want him to know
that he is making it worse treating me the way he did the other day
