In the rememberance of my demise

by Arun Khan   Jul 10, 2007

Reminisce on the good times
I draw the last of my dying breath
Sentenced to death for past crimes
Death comes to me, so beautiful
Enchanting and spellbinding
Deep blue eyes, Lustful lips
Her touch at last
A tender soft body
Shapes of an hour glass
Long brown hair caresses my chin
She floats, she is my girlfriend
In a glimpse of a second
At the wave of her hand
My soul lifts itself from my prison
What work of art, this god's decision.
She kisses me,
My demons release me in my heart
The darkness lets me go
No longer am I torn apart
I am at peace,
And we make love
My wounds heal, I am dying
The blood rushes in steady boiling rivers from my wrist
For a moment I am trapped again,
within the pain.
She's gone, I hear my mother scream
My brother lifts me from the shower
This body is so cold
She's here, I close my eyes
I am dead, but its okay, in the rememberance of my
demise.
