Just another lonely soul,
I hide from humanity.
Anger drips from my veins,
and i wonder how much more
of your bullshit I can take.

I tried to get close, you pushed me away,
and you tried to control me.
I can't do this, I can't do that, you pushed
me over the edge and wondered why
I hate you.

You try to hurt me with dagger sharp words,
forcing them into my skin,
but words can only hurt me so much,
and I can strike back twice as hard.

Why did you start it?
Why did you tell the lies?
Did you want me all to yourself?
Was I your disguise?

Did I hide you from the world?
Were you too afraid to show the person within?
Bad news, love, there wasn't much to hide.
And you forced me to realize I don't need you,
and now that you're without me, you are all alone.

This is good, the last lines gave me goosebumps.
And the rest of the poem led up to it so well.
Good job, amazing job, keep it up.
