Night Whispers

These are some lyrics I wrote a few nights ago. They need finishing an tweaking, but I'm quite pleased with them already.

The night whispers
Words softly to me
The stars shine to guide me
To show me safely home

The innocence of a child
Gleams in the eyes of my one
Yet the spirit of the one so devious
Dwells within

Melt into the fatal embrace
The gaze of the sapphire seas
The sigh of the wind
As it whispers
I am your moon
I am your stars
I am your everything

The moonbeams shine
Down through the forests leaves
I am an angel
I hear you sing

I am nobody but I
I am somebody to you
Your spirit has saved me
Saved me from myself
From my despair

The inspiration drains away
I have but one wish
To breathe again
To be able to feel your touch
Dont want to be numb anymore
