Afraid

We met at school,
in our third year.
when you looked at me,
my hearth shifted it's gear.

when you talked to me,
I felt like a geek.
It took me a year.
before i dared to speak.

but since that day,
we talked a lot.
you thought i was funny,
I thought you were hot.

I wanted to tell you,
but i was afraid.
i waited to long,
till it was to late.

you thought I'd said,
all i wanted to say.
so you turned your head,
and you walked away.

i love you so much,
but I'm to scared to tell.
