Trip to maryland

Sitting in the car
going a far

theres nothing to do
except write for you

its a nine hour drive
we wont get there until five

changing speeds
while the gas feeds

we will be going through five states
and I'll occupy myself with the license plates

I'm going to see my brother
he's the one from a different mother

I'm relaxing with my dad
and he sure seems mad

i will be at my destination
with no preparations

i cant wait to get to hagerstown
its kind of a major town

until i get there
I'll write poems for you all, I'll share.
