Desired Emotions

Destined to feel anything
Entwined in a land of nothing;
Swirling feeling all around me, but
In my soul they are nonexistent.
Reaching for anything to fuel
Empty hearts and open minds, I have
Desired thought and thinking.

Embalmed in the emptiness,
Motions crash before my eyes.
Outrageous crying happens upon these
Tear-stained cheeks.
In another world,
Ominous anger and pain exists, but it's
Never here, in my mind.
Still I feel nothing.
