I slept last night
Thinking about your sweet kiss,
The way you caressed your hands around me,
Made me smile in bliss.

I slept last night
Only to dream of you,
How I want to be with you forever,
How I want you to stay true.

I slept last night
With a smile on my face,
Thinking about how no-one,
Can ever take your place.

I slept last night
So fresh and so new,
After a long day,
That I spent with you.

I slept last night
Happy as can be,
Thinking of sudden memories,
Memories of you and me.

I slept last night
because I was happy,
happy to wake up the next day,
And get to talk to my baby!

I slept last night
As you slept too,
thoughts of us together forever,
OH how I wish for that to come true.
