Take me to africa

by Joseph   Jul 12, 2007

Take me to Africa
And let me be.
If my golden face
Makes you ill.

Take me home
to the motherland.
So I could make a freedom land
And swing free in my father's dome.

For centuries I've served you wine
And my brother's flesh
Yet you took the time to keep me leash
And served me crumbs and a bitter life

Take me to Africa
And let me be.
If my golden face
Makes you ill

Interesting! It makes me think of the kinds of animals you would see in Africa! 5/5
