I'd die without you

by Mikayla   Jul 14, 2007

Through thick and thin
And good and bad
Through all the hard times
That I had

You were there
By my side
One true friend
In which I could confide

As time went on
Life got tough
But always there
One true friend was enough

We always agreed
And thought the same
Always on the same page
Always playing the same game

As I put the scissors
To my wrist
You hit them away
And told me I would be missed

Depression took its hold
And grabbed my life tight
All the times I was going to end it
You told me to stay in the fight

All my problems
You never ran away
You told me you would never leave
That you would always stay

You broke your promise
And are leaving real soon
You told me one afternoon
At about half past noon

My eyes start to water
And are now filled with tears
You were the best friend
A friend throughout the years

I know exactly what your talking about. im going through that too..
i had a best friend once, she was like a sister to me, but then she moved away. im not giving up though. because i know that if she was still here she would do what she always did. she'd be there for me.
