Mikayla...this poem is so...depressing. i love the way you rhyme in your stanzas and how it flowed through the life of the little girl. near the middle i began to cry, realizing where it was going, and at the last stanza, where it says 'the little girl was me' i could stop the tears from falling. a similar thing happened to me, my dad left too, and i see him from time to time, but he doesnt really care. i am so sorry, but you did a good job writing. 5/5
