Not Wanting To Let Go

I sit here and wonder
"Will you be here tomorrow?"
With all my heart I hope so.
I wouldn't be able to handle the sorrow.

You tell me you love me
And I want that to last.
But the way life is now
Time goes by way too fast.

I sit here and hope
That we can be together forever.
My heart says we will,
But my mind says "Never."

Sitting here with you,

That one day I will sit here,
