Algonquin

by Dying Beautifully   Jul 15, 2007

Sit down and breathe,
Watch as people come and people leave.
Look at the colors of the fire,
It's been a long day and you start to tire.
Lie in bed,
Listen to everything around you as you lose your head.
Shut your eye's and wait for tomorrow,
To see what kind of things you will borrow.

Wake up it's a new day,
And hope to god the sun will stay.
People seem to like the sun better,
Because they are doing more things together.
Walking and talking,
Biking and writting.
Fishing,
And wishing.
For a big catch,
So that supper will be a big batch.
This is the life in a day of camping,
This is the life in a day at Algonquin.
