Forbidden Forest

by RetroRavey   Jul 15, 2007

Take me into your dreams,
of sinful walks
in forests of trees.
Where you killed her,
and her memories
of things she should have never seen.

She called for you
all those dark nights...
But you came to me
running and running
through that forest of trees.
Where the moon filters through
like sun in a stream...
We weren't supposed to see
all that we had seen.

Where death drips like water
out of the seams
of that forest,
oh that forest,
of trees and forbidden dreams.
And the snow melts away
with one touch of the dreams,
of the dreams of that forest
of trees and forbidden things...
Where we had seen things,
that we shouldn't have seen.

Take me into your dreams,
of sinful walks
in forests of trees.
Where you killed her,
and her memories
of things she should have never seen.
There in that forbidden forest...
That forest of trees and dreams.
