I almost lost faith...

Ever since I was little I've had this fantasy,
For my knight in shining armor to come
and rescue me...

I've longed for the day for "the one" to turn
my dreams into reality,
But I finally realize that finding your one and
only is hard you see...

I've gone through relationships that were
good and bad,
Relationships which were once sweet and
relationships that I wish I never had...

I've gone out with the ones who were caring
and sincere, yet somehow I still felt incomplete,
I've also met the ones who hurt me with lies and deceit...

At times I wonder if there really is special person
out there for me,
Through everything I've been through, now it's
to hard to believe...

I started losing faith, I began to lose hope,
All the things I believed in love was now at the
end of the rope...

But you came along and changed my world around,
You captured me on time when I was about to hit
the ground...

As you've captured me you've also captured my heart,
Now I only wish that this feeling we have for
one another won't ever depart...

(be truthful please, because somehow it feels like it could better, just can't put my finger on it, for I have writer's block right now) ^_^
