Usher In The Angel

by 19Rusty   Jul 15, 2007

Thoughtless and cure less, bleed your disease on me,
you dragged whatever nightmare that has words
speaking to you each day, and made half my body
its torture room, we wait in the time that is too fast
for you, I leave you deathly burned and blistered,
that record player doesn't stop, and gives you the
medicine that won't let you drop over the end.

Miles and cults away you let all your inhibitions
inhabit, confusion and disposition, but all you can
say is yells of terror, use it as a tool, not as a tactic,
you never had a time of your own, killed by the
very ones who loved you.

Speak so silently, feel the weathered skin, look in the
mirror and the suns face, resemblance to what
you have always hated, just the crowd you held
onto for so long just drained whatever goodness was
left, and now only one will watch you die.

The end loved you and now only one will watch you die.

This piece was so powerful and deep it really spoke out to me. The atmosphere you created was dark and intense. I love your long lines again they say so much within them and still have an amazing flow. A great read. Loved it. ~Mel
