In My Mind

by Serena   Jul 16, 2007

In my mind, there is a hallway.
On the left side, there are many doors.
On the right, there are also doors.
On the floor, and the ceiling, there are doors, too.

Once in a while, I'll let a few doors open.
And other times, I'll be rid of a few doors, all at once.
My mind is very complex, only a few know the way in.
Every door has a label: Friends, Family, Social Life etc.

Some doors will remain ceiled shut, and others open.
When a door is shut, it'll possibly stay shut, or rarely open.
Even the ceiling and floor doors are rarely open.

My mind will forever stay this way, unless i change it.
there is a secret code for each door.
Each code securely locked away in the forbidden door, at the very back of my mind.
