Rejection

Rejection Hurts,
especially from someone you love.
just because you dont wear short skirts,
so they say you're not good enough.
you dont act like a wh***,
you're not ready to give it up.
they say they need something more,
they say it doesnt hurt to live it up.

Rejection Kills,
when you really care.
they dont know how you feel,
because they're never there.
all because you dont party everynight,
you dont smoke or drink.
well, girls put up a fight!
because if you dont,you'll just sink.

Rejection Is Pain,
but its something you wont always know.
if its driving you insane,
dont ever let it show.
because thats what they want,
they want you to hurt.
but stay on the hunt,
and you'll find a relationship that will work.

    WOW, ok, this is such a great poem

    and i completely agree

    i mean guys want the girls who where the short skirts and act like w h o r e s

    and people need to realize that lowering urself for a guy is a waste of mind body and soul

    This poem is good, though it's not my favorite kind. I think what you expressed in it is very important, it's very hard to keep true to yourself when there's so much pressure.
