While my dark lover waits.

by InterviewWithTheKat   Jul 16, 2007

While my dark lover waits.

Looking out the, darkened window,
Your hand upon my burning face.
Waiting for, I do not know,
So strong and firm was your embrace.

Your eyes were back upon me,
Your hand upon my burning face.
What you saw, I could not see.
So strong and firm was your embrace.

Your slow smile, was so very dark,
Your eyes were back upon me.
Your eyes were black, they had a spark,
What you saw, I could not see.

"He's coming, yes, I feel him."
Your slow smile was, so very dark,
My mind had just, began to swim,
Your eyes were black, they had a spark.

I knew you'd kill, and I'd implore,
"He's coming, yes, I feel him."
You will just like, you had before,
My mind had just, begun to swim.

But I'll stand by you, I love you so,
I knew you'd kill and I'd implore,
But you'd be brave, I know you will,
You will just like, you had before.
