Drew

by Beautifully Broken   Jul 17, 2007

I walk down the lonely street
The rain pound the ground around me
I no longer feel its bone chilling coldness
Went numb so long ago
My hair limps from the drenching of the rain
My cloths clinging to my body
As I walk with no destination in mind
Only thing running threw it is him!
My mind screams his name over and over again
Drew! Drew! Drew!
Is all I hear, all I know!
Tear strike my face,
But no one can tell cause of the rain
Heartbroken, destroyed, crumpled
I walk right in to his arms
He thinks I mourn another
How foolish is he to not see it him
It him causing this blinding pain
He has my heart, my love
Undying, unquestioned, misunderstood
If only he wasn't so foolish
I lye to protect our friendship
Denying all those who accuses me of my love for him
My heart races as his embrace warms me
But I know it just as a friend and not a lover
Each time he calls my heart breaks a little more
Soon there be nothing but misery in me
