Our Angel

by Heidi   Jul 17, 2007

That beautiful angel,
Living in the stars.
Has granted me the hope,
Deep within my heart.
She helped me believe in destiny,
That through all the pain, we'd be okay.
The tears will eventually dry,
And the broken hearts will fade away.
She proved to be a hero,
In the eyes of all of us.
Through all her suffering,
She still proved that she could love.

She helped me believe in strength,
Because she fought for so long.
She showed me not to give up,
She is our angel, and she was strong.
Our angel showed me the truth to pain,
It isn't just falling apart.
She showed me that the real pain,
Comes from a broken heart.
Healing comes deep within,
It only works after time.
You have to be patient with the world,
And the emotions on the inside.
Jacquie helped me realize,
The world works in very difficult ways.
Sometimes tears are the only answer,
To the ending of your days.
She helped me realize that through it all,
Courage is your only answer.
Not giving up, or giving in,
Even when you miss her.
She showed the world what strength really was,
Even in the end of her days.
She helped us realize that giving in,
Is not the only way.
This angel, this beautiful angel,
Has taught me so many things.
I want to share them with the world,
These oh-so-precious things.
Have hope,
even when the ending is near,
Have strength,
Even if it is too hard for you to bare.
Let your spirit soar,
High above.
With all those beautiful angels,
Teach the world, how to love.

That beautiful angel,
Living in the stars.
Has granted me the hope,
Deep within my heart.
She helped me believe in destiny,
That through all the pain, we'd be okay.
The tears will eventually dry,
And the broken hearts will fade away.
She proved to be a hero,
In the eyes of all of us.
Through all her suffering,
She still proved that she could love.

Because of you, I believe my Dad will be okay.
You showed me how to believe in Hope,
Even when it seems like you don't have enough left.
You showed me that Hero's really do exist.
A lot of that has rubbed off in your daughter, Courtney.
And the rest of your family.
I just want to say Thank-you.
I'll pray for you, or to you.

God's new assistant,

Heaven's New Angel.

May you Rest In Peace.
