Wonderful poem. In his nocturnal walk/flight, the subject seems to me to be well attuned with the Cosmic, transcending to a higher degree with the stars in a loving, yet dreamy manner. I may had misread it, but I did enjoy the substance...Transcendental...Wonderful poem.

Oh! I get it now! If I still got the wrong idea, my mistake. Lol.

This poem seems to be talking about a subject (a mystic, rather) who seeks to communicate and commune with the gods or spiritual beings in this meditative state of mind, and having a harmonious relationship with the Universe...

Whether I misinterpreted it or not, I still enjoyed reading this piece. A pleasurable read, as always. :)

    Take care,
    Marian

The title of this poem was perfect to set the mood...I have to say at first I thought it would be some cliche' teenage romance in shakespearian tongue...but the language was crystal clear, yet romantic and classic. I love how the poem itself is original, but the title is timeless and famous. This poem lived up to it's title, and I would think that very hard to do.

A lovely poem, well worded. The rhyme a little pushed at times but still a delight to read.
