A DIFFERENT DAY

The sun was shining bright today,
For once i liked it at school,
I wasn't teased or sworn at,
I wasn't played the fool,
I walked around with some friends,
And ate because i wanted to,
I wasn't shy in classes,
Put my hand up when i knew,
I didn't cry today,
Or cut my wrists at all,
My parents didn't fight today,
I didn't push, i didn't fall,
Today was great,
I'll remember it forever,
I haven't felt this way before,
Never....not ever..
