I wipe my eye
my mascara smears
I've been doing this for months
maybe years for my one true love is far from here

right now i dint bother
to turn out the light cause
i know i wont sleep tonight

i didn't wipe my mascara
away cause i know that my tears
will do it for me
i shall cry myself to sleep

as the next day comes
we might get nearer
