The last kindergarten graduation; my last chance

by audrey harris   Jul 19, 2007

I've never seen Dylan, my little baby brother.
We've got the same dad, but a different mother.

He will finally be in kindergarten this year,
and missing his graduation is my greatest fear.

He has 4 older brothers, 3 younger than me,
but their graduations I never got to see.

But now I've got this one last moment; this final one last chance
to see him get his little diploma, and smile when he gets it.

I know things will stand in my way, including friends and family,
but I will push my way through for my youngest bubba to see:

that his only sister loves him, and really wants to be there.
So go ahead, try and stop me! test me, if you dare.

And if I have to rebel, I'll state with exclamation,
"forget y'all, I AM GOING to the last kindergarten graduation!"
