Vampires

by Chelsea   Jul 19, 2007

Bitter taste,
blood in mouth.
Screams fade,
returning youth.

Shallow sleep,
eyes open.
Heart black,
no longer human.

Sharp teeth,
blood hungry.
Voices drawing near,
with blood so lovely.

Souls stolen,
vampires born.
Blood shed,
revealing the moon.

Wooden stake,
driven through chest.
Not dead,
not quite yet.

One simply bite,
spilling hunters blood.
He shall be hunted now,
and die the death he should.

Vampires will rule,
don't worry my human friend.
We'll feast on blood,
and live until the end.
