Within us all is the spark of life.
Inside us all, is a human being.
All different
All unique.
And in this we are bound.
Each with a task,
Each with a purpose.
Some will be great
Some will simply try,
All of us will run the gauntlet.
Though we all compete,
Few deserve to win.
Few will make it
Many will fall.
Each with a task,
Each with a purpose.
Those deserving victors,
Must care for the weak.
We cannot be apathetic,
We must learn to care,
We must learn to respect.
Not everyone deserves to win,
But no one deserves to lose.
Within us all is the spark of life,
Inside us all...
